Birakaya Dosa





Ingredients:
4 - beerakayafresh
grated coconut - 100 gms
red chillies - 10 (based on interest)
coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
jeera - 1 tbsp
jaggery - 1 piece
tamarind - 1 inch
salt - for taste
channa dal - 1 glass (pacchi sanaga pappu)
rice - 1/4 glass

Directions
Step 1 First soak channa dal and rice for about 4 hoursgrind all the ingredients together into a fine paste.
Step 2 Just like dosa batter but little thick.cut beerakaya into thin round slices.heat the pan with oil.
Step 3 Dip each beerakaya slice into the batter and spread it on the tava.
Step 4 For 1 dosa you might require 1 beerakaya.put oil on the dosa then turn around once it is brown.
Step 5 You can enjoy the delicious dosa even by using raw banana or potato instead of beerakaya.
