Rasgulla



Ingredients
1 litre cow milk

1 kg sugar syrup

1tsp baking powderCiteric acid
Directions to prepare Rasgulla
Step 1. Boil the milk in a bowl. After heating the milk add a drop of citeric acid.

Step 2. Once the milk is curdled, take a thin cloth & put the curdled milk in the cloth.

Step 3. Take the chena or paneer which remains in the cloth & make 16 round pieces.

Step 4. Soak in the sugar syrup for 15 minutes at high temperature. Serve with sugar syrupled Rasgulla ready
