Cutlet Ragada


Ingredients:
medium sized potatoes -3

onions -2

carrots(grated)-1 cup

tomato cut in to small pieces-1 cup

corriander-1 cup

channa-3 cups boiled

amchur powder

salt

tamarind juice

grinded pudhina-1/2 cup

jeera powder

garam masala

Directions
Step 1. intially boil the alu ,then smash them and make small buns

Step 2. fry these buns on a pan with lil oil on it..dont make deep fry.and keep them aside.

Step 3. now heat the griddle and add 1 tspn oil add some grated carrot,tomato pieces ,onions ,corriander and toss for 1 min .then add 1 bun and smash it into small pieces

Step 4. next add channa4.after few minutes add tamerind juice,pudhina and heat it for some more time.

Step 5. finally add salt,chilli powder,garam masala,jeera powder,amchur powder and heat it for some more time

Step 6 .now remove from the pan and garnish with onions,and corriander .

Note: 1bun serves 1 platethis procedure should be repeated for all the buns.ORthis procedure can be done for all the buns 2 gether.
